Aparthotel Otin - Tbilisi

I had a wonderful stay at Aparthotel Otin. The owner personally welcomed me and guided me to my well-organized and beautifully equipped apartment. The vintage look added a touch of charm, and everything was clean as new. I especially enjoyed the separate laundry room and the fine garden on the terrace. The apartment also offered a great view of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for its family-friendly atmosphere and comfortable amenities.

This hotel in Saburtalo district was a great find. The host, Ramaz, was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I was also impressed by the quiet and clean rooms, as well as the tasty breakfast. The rooftop garden was a lovely touch, providing a peaceful oasis. The hotel's location near a hypermarket was convenient for any necessities.

They even helped me out when I needed to extend my stay at short notice, finding me a room each time. The hotel itself was very clean and peaceful, with a rooftop garden that provided a tranquil escape from the city. The breakfast was delicious and I particularly liked the attention to detail in the rooms.

While everything at this hotel was great, there is always room for improvement. Perhaps a bit more ventilation in the bathroom and kitchenette would be beneficial.

That there was no restaurant on the premises, but we found plenty of dining options nearby. we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Had a good time in the city. We booked our stay over New Year's Eve and we got a great view of the fireworks from the balcony. It was really special. , the bed was quite comfortable and we slept well.

The bathroom could have been cleaner when we arrived. There was some mold in the shower and the overall cleanliness was subpar.
